Carbon and sweet water county remote Wyoming land i found some listings for 40 acres for 7k and 320 acres for 35k. Problem is No water and 14 miles away from electricity.
ALso near is 40k acres of BLM land to run cows on, lease for cows is 18.00 per cow per month.
High powered grass, but 320 acres will only handle 10 cows year around.
summers are not bad 80 to 90 degrees and 50 degrees at night.
winters severe, and 38 below zero and 100 mph winds for 2 or 3 days in a row.
If i bought this, could i get solar well for stock.

These guys do solar and wind water wells for ranches in area, www.andrewswaterwell.com
He said water is 400 to 600ft, deep, and most water in that are is ok to drink, but until you drill you never know for sure.
