Month old calf not eating

This is our second cow we bought. Just starting out. We just purchased a month old Angus bull calf that was 3 weeks premature. He has never learned to suck from a nipple and has been eating out of a bucket. They were giving him moms milk. They fed him last night around 6pm before we took him home. This morningwe tried giving him milk replacer and he isn't drinking it at all or acting hungry. He is peeing a lot for a long period of time. Is this normal since he was just taken from his mom? Is there a big difference in moms milk compared to premium milk replacer? He is acting normal and I have not seen him poop, but have only had him since 6pm last night.
