Hello I have some goats that we where feeding oat then we changed over to differant oats they got the scours and the average goat died with in a week. We switched back to the oats that we where feeding and they picked up. We were feeding alfalfa that we are feeding now too. Thanks for an advise

There are so many variables. Weather, parasites, other feed, minerals/supplements. I don't think I can be of much help. Sorry. :( Hopefully others can help. :)

I feed oats. I dont think its the grain but a posibilty that the other grain has pesticide that would affect animals well bieng.

The only reason I said that was because the peanut hey has a lot of pesticide and in cases around here peoples cows have aborted but pesticides have a lot to do with grain outcome
