I bought a cow at an auction and she had a heifer 2 days ago. I had to help her feed on the smallest one. The others are way to big for her to feed from. Will she be ok just on the one teet?

Definitely work on milking her, but:
Get a vet out. That teat looks too big. Unless...Is she a meat breed? Have you tried putting her in a cattle squeeze and milking her?
Is it warm to touch? Is it sore (will cow react if you touch it)?

Milk her , she is a meat breed so you will need to put her in a Shute , meat breeds tend to not like milking but yes like above get a vet out there for a consultation
