What's your favorite brisket recipe? Do you brine overnight or not?

Share your favorite recipe here. I'm sure this will start a few discussions about the right way to do it, but I think it should be fun. Even in Texas there's more than one way to smoke a brisket!

I don't know that I've cooked a brisket, so I looked up some recipes to see if I need to be making a brisket.

This one looks interesting, but I'm not sure about putting beer in the mixture.
