Has any one ever came across this we have a cow who drinks not just her own milk bit others too

Yes and it can cause a world of problems.
My recommendation is to put in a crown weaning ring for 4-6 months.

We have two options for cows who nurse themselves or others:
A) have the vet split their younger so they cannot
B) sell them

We don't like the first so we usually just self them. Not only do they just suck milk, they're sucking your profits in the form of growth in calves.
