Same cow mentioned about weigh gain and orange tint hair on black body. She has now come up with a gash on her neck. It is about a 2 to 3 inch triangle of skin torn back. I sprayed it with blue coat. Now gnats are plagging her since the rain. Doesn't seem to bother her. Is there anything that I need to do now to aid her. Maybe shots or something? She has a 2 month old calf that is still sucking. I don't know how she got cut., Whether on barbwire or hooked by another cow.
