Land Management, AND perhaps why the 1.1 to 1.2 Billion acres of Fed dirt needs to go Lottoed Off.
I feel that 1/3 of all Government or Federally owned land in the usa needs to be lottoed off weekly to private individuals.
keep in mind, the Federal Government keeps acquiring Millions to 100's of millions of acres annually in the Western USA.
