[Hereford_Show_Girl]

Hey guys! So I raise and show hereford cattle, and this is my first heifer to have a baby on our place. My other breeding mommas are 10 years old and have no calving problems at all. Can anybody give me advice on prepping for first time calving and signs to look for? Or even what to expect? I have never had to deal with first timers. Anything helps! She's due around the end of March! Thanks in advance!

If your already experienced with cows, heifers aren't to bad. About the time you GIVE UP watching is when you find a calf. Lol!

Biggest thing is when she gets close check often. If there's a problem you need to be on hand to help.
