I have gotten used cooking oil from a local restaurant and mix in the fly control chemicals per the label instructions and spread on my cattle rub with face flaps this oil wont evaporate it don't cause skin irritation like diesel fuel it has no bad odor and its cheap * cheap . I get mine from an Asian grill , they get so little for it from a recycler they give it to me. It works great for me , better than any thing I have tried before and with added ear tags my cattle have ( NO ) . flys

Monsoon has arrived and so do the notorious flies! My brother owns a cattle farm and was little worried about this arising problem. Cattle have a distinct smell and flies get attracted to it. He has used many chemicals and herbal medicine, but it was ineffective. At last, when consulted with Sacramento pest control professionals they told us to use cow dung to generate a smoke, as flies find it difficult to see in smoke, so they immediately leave the spot. Cow dung can be smoked for 8 to 10 hours at a stretch. Adding, it is also not harmful to your respiratory system and you will not feel suffocated when inhaling this smoke.

We use a mineral with insect growth regulator that kills the next generation plus it also has something in it to kill the current generation.

Cylence pour on and fly tags work well to.

We've also hung the fly face and back rubs between two gates and poured the solution and diesel fuel on them. That's worked well also.
