Is she wormed? She looks a bit rough in the coat.
It looks like she itches her bum quite a bit. I have an older cow with the same thing and she's always scratching her bum on the gates, trees and posts. Be sure she doesn't have any external parasites. Mites, lice etc.
If she's shedding she's going to be itchy too.

I'm worming her in the morning. I've only had her for a few days. I think maybe she had external parasites or something and they're gone now, she doesn't act itchy now.

Thanks!

Very possible. Good plan to worm her.
Since your bringing in outside cattle Id recommend talking to your vet about dropping of fecal samples from your herd. Get them tested and be sure what you got going on. It helps greatly to use the most effective wormer. This way you don't end up with a resistant parasite or a parasite overload your not worming for. Just a herd health suggestion. :) Not very expensive to do.
If you just got her id say yes she HAD pinkeye and it's "healed". It will probably get lighter as time goes on.
