Help identify breed

This cow is being offered to me as a bred, 4 year old highland. I have a silver highland bull that stays "shaggy" even in the summer months. I know highlands can and do shed during the summer. My question is what does everyone here think? Highland, cross breed, or other? Thanks in advance!
