I don't have much to do with cattle farming in your (very large and varied) nick of the woods, but I do know someone who is trying to get started in Missouri and who has all kinds of wild plans, so I thought I'd see if there is any place to chat to people actually doing it - I am getting the feeling the odd sanity check from experienced folks is going to be required!
