I have been reading about using hormonally induced lactation methods in dairy cattle and its hard to find a lot of information because of the few times it has been tried. Does anyone know how healthy it is for the animal and how many lactations you could get out of it. Any information would be much appreciated.

Welcome OP! Sorry, I know little to nothing about this, my advice: talk to your vet
Is this for your own cattle or a dairy farm you work at, etc? More info would be appreciated, but in the meantime, talk to your veterinarian.
