Nice smoker JBar. That's a wood smoker or pellet? ;)
We believe in Salt n Pepper only ;) We've tried a few different run recipes and keep going back to just salt n' pepper.
Edit: on some we also add Garlic and Union Powder along with salt and pepper! Almost forgot
However we ONLY eat our own meat so maybe that helps.

Here it is doing tri tip tonight than throwing on some wings at the end for the wife. Salt, pepper, garlic powder and Union powder. For some reason the flash on the phone turned it kind of yellow in the photo. It's really not. Lol!
