Looking for a new flat bed truck.

My current 1990 dodge 350 flatbed is breaking down constantly and has 450,000 miles on it. I'm looking at either a 2016 ram 3500 diesel 4x4 chassis with a flat bed. Or a 2016 Chevy 3500 diesel 4x4 flat bed. Any suggestions or information about these Trucks?
