A little back story- Tuesday evening I found my cow tangled pretty bad in some field fence, her front right leg was the worst. I cut her out and she limped around for a bit. The rest of the week her front right leg was swollen and had a cut on it so Friday I got some iodine spray and penicillin from the feed store. Gave her a shot of 7cc Friday and 5cc sat opposite rear legs. Later Saturday she started laying around more and when she walked the leg I gave the last shot in seemed to be stiff and making a slight popping sound which it wasn't before. Could the penicillin shot caused it to stove up? She's a 2year old 500-600lb Jersey.
