Renting out yards

A gentleman is renting my pasture and keeps the cattle there year round in the yards. They are nice facilities with buildings, a nice chute and concrete fence feed bunks. What is a fair daily rate to charge for these? He also keeps some equipment in a machine shed, what is a fair rate for that?
