One of the favorite things for me is to have this:
Ginger Sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cut soy sauce
1/8 tsp ginger powder (or what equals that in fresh ginger grated)
1/2 tsp onion powder ( or finely chopped onion to equal about that amount)
Blend and chill some to allow flavors to blend
Chopped beef cut of your liking, cut in bite sized pieces
about the same of zucchini cut into similar sized pieces
hand full of mushrooms
about the same of chopped onions
Stir fry in olive oil or coconut oil, about a tablespoon. Cook until cooked to the doneness you like.
Eat alone or over rice.
Use sauce poured over or as a dipping sauce.
This is a very flexible recipe. You can substitute ingredients with other vegs or even meats that you like.
