Birth optional is a 7 way clostridial (alpha 7)
Optional for Scours is Barguard 99 fights Ecoli or
Quatracon 2X is good too for Ecoli

    60-90 Days
Optional Triangle 5 Killed vaccine or Pyramid 5 plus Presponse (modified live vaccine)
    Recommended Cydectin for Parasites
Recommended if not given at Birth a 7way clostridial (Alpha 7)

    Pre-weaning/Weaning
Recommended Pyramid 5 plus presponse (BVD type 1 and 2,IBR,PI3,BRSV)
    Alpha 7 (clostridial/ Blackleg)
    Cydectin (Parasites)

This is what is a good start to raising a healthy calf. Hope this helps.

Looks like I am responding to an old thread but this is very useful information. I am new to cattle raising as well. I have 4 angus cows. 2 have calved and 2 are 'expected' to be pregnant. I have been reading about a brucellosis vaccine called RB-51. Is this necessary along with the others listed in this thread? Are all of these vaccines administered by me or does a vet have to administer some/all. One more question...If administered by me, can I just get them at our local feed store? Thank you! ;)
