Is there actually a treatment for lice that works?? I just saw some spots on my show heifer and her first show in 5 weeks!! o_O Help please!!

I saw your post and was hoping for some help too. We just got a four month old baby Highland and I noticed some bald spots on him with what look to be eggs but I’m not sure I haven’t been able to find any actual lice. He’s been treated twice but with no change so I’m not sure if the pour on solution just doesn’t work or if he’s got something completely different.
